The Harley Owners Group® (H.O.G) is an organization founded and sponsored by Harley-Davidson® Motor Company. The group was established to offer motorcycling benefits and services to Harley-Davidson enthusiasts throughout the world, and to develop a close relationship between the Harley-Davidson rider, the Harley-Davidson dealer and Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
The Purpose of Brunswick HOG is to promote responsible motorcycling activities for members by conducting chapter activities and encouraging participation in other H.O.G. events. Our goal is to generate an increased level of enthusiasm for riding Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Chapter activities and operations are conducted in a manner consistent with a family-orientated, non-political philosophy.
All Harley Owners Group members may join any affiliated chapter. It shall be the responsibility of each local chapter to ensure that chapter members are current H.O.G. members. It shall be the responsibility of any person applying for, or renewing, membership in a local chapter to provide proof of his or her international membership as a condition of eligibility for membership. An expired membership in H.O.G. automatically terminates local chapter membership and any associated memberships.

A Guide to the Charities that Brunswick HOG Support
The current list of Charities supported by the Brunswick Harley Owners Group
The Blood Bank Challenge.
Australian Red Cross Victorian Bushfire Appeal Fund
As you may be aware we often receive requests to support various charities and we attempt to do our best for all charities that contact us, but we are committed to these two charities this year. To be fair to all those groups that approach us for support, it has been decided that after the Annual General Meeting, held each October, where the new committee is duly elected by the members, the following process will be undertaken. The Charities selected, for our support for the coming twelve (12) months, will be decided by the Committee and will be contacted to offer our assistance. The Olivia Newton John Wellness Centre at the Austin Hospital and the Blood Bank Challenge are guaranteed our ongoing support for next year. The committee will discuss all the applications received and in turn offer our support, where we believe we can
be the most help. This process will be undertaken before the end of the year and the committee's decision is final and no correspondence will
be entered into. We believe that four separate Charities are the maximum number we can officially support in one year but are always willing
to discuss any new requests and if possible we will attempt to provide some assistance, if we can. If you are not successful this year or would like to register for 2007/2008 then you can also send in a request, at any time, via email and we will keep this on file for next year.
We believe that this is the fairest and best way of handling the many requests we receive for assistance from many and varied Charitable organisations throughout Victoria.
